repair. Some renovations and additions (and probably a wall
or fence to secure isolation) will be necessary, but it is
not anticipated that these additions will cost a large sum
and in any case I consider the matter to be one of serious
urgency and importance. An estimate is being prepared of
the amount necessary and provision will be made for it in
the Estimates for the coming year.
